Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Dominican RepublicStill think at least one small bottle of free water should be in room for brushing teeth (at this price point). Really miss having a coffee maker in the room. We wake up VERY early and there is nowhere to get coffee for several areas (within the hotel or in the Colonial Zone)! We notice this every time we visit.
Perfect location for navigating Colonial Zone. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are always very helpful. Covered parking garage nearby.

Location is right in the heart of the Colonial zone (be sure you like street music!), having the restaurant downstairs was very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. I got to practice my Spanish. Our room was large with a corner balcony, very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly good water pressure.. The mini fridge and A/C worked great which was important at 100° F
