SloveniaThe overall hygiene standard and cleanliness in the resort. Throwing toilet paper in the bin instead of flushing the toilet is strange to me. The cutlery and plates had were not clean either at the food market. Floor in the room was dirty even when it was cleaned, so keep in mind using slippers in the room. It felt like the cleaning staff was doing me a favor for cleaning the rooms and providing necessities like towels. In 10 days i had to call twice for room cleaning and new towels. I also dont understand the security guard being on the beach if there were annoying merchants selling stuff anyway to the people? Stop having merchants in the resort, they are ripping people off and are extremely annoying and i was looking at all the possible ways to evade them, but you cant avoid them because they are in the middle of the crossways. One guy even started to pull me towards the stand and was super hard annoying while trying to sell me overpriced accessories. It's a nice resort for families, but I really would not recommend it to couples, because there are kids everywhere, even if there is special pool with kid's playground there - not a lot of families are staying there. ATM was not working, exchange was not working - when i went to exchange money on the reception counter i got scammed for 10$. Also if you dont tip, dont expect much from the staff. It's funny when you tip someone and suddenly they became your personal concierge even if the guy is a pool cleaning guy, suddenly they'll do anything for 3$. I wonder if they even wash towels, fresh towels smelled really strange along with the new bed sheets.
Location was very nice, it's close to the beach, the positioning of the pools and bars/food market is nice because everything is close to the rooms. Staff was friendly, there was always enough deck chairs on the beach and around the pools. Selection of food is big in the food market. I liked the ''train'' that's going through the resort, so you dont have to walk around if you dont want to. Everything is available to you, from shops to restaurants, very nice beaches. Animals were a really nice attraction in the resort, we liked iguanas and flamingos a lot! The overall tidiness/arrangement of the green spaces is top notch, workers are doing something with the palms, grass, pathways all the time, which contributes to a very pleasant look of the resort. After storm there were guys cleaning the resort and chopping branches that were hanging from the palms to keep the nice look of all the palms, very impressive detail! Guys from SeaPro and Bavaro Adventure were nice and arranged nice trips without being pushy and annoying, which is a big thing in DR. Pool bars are really nice to have them close to the pool/beach and selection of cocktails were nice. I loved snack bar at the beach house. TV was new and we were able to connect phone via bluetooth to watch Netflix.

DenmarkRooms are wet from humidity, the bed sheets also which makes it a bit uncomfortable to sleep, the floor can be slippery, everything is constantly wet and full of mosquitos. We traveled around the full island but we only experienced this level of humidity in Punta Cana.
The hotel has a great beach and its huge enough for everyone who wants to be on a sand in quiet area or in amusement one. The beach bar offer great cocktails and beer so its really convenient. The staff is kind. The food in buffet is ok, has variety, and you can always choose something to eat. The restaurants are fully booked so we mostly ate at a buffet but it was actually the better choice.

Trinidad and TobagoThere was some funny smell from the bathroom. There was some warn out looking cushion on the big chairs in the dining room . There was no 👗 dress code for the restaurant it took away from the environment people was in like in beach wear that wasn't the atmosphere I was looking for in a restaurant especially fine dining.

United Kingdom- Sellers on the beach constantly bothering us non stop when we just wanted to relax. Wouldn’t take no for an answer - Food wasn’t enjoyable. Only meal we liked was at the Japanese restaurant - Royal holiday workers ( pinky tops) super annoying trying to get us to go on a 50 min tour even on our birthday. Everyday they will hassle us which made us try and dodge them. - Hotel room wasn’t the cleanest, lamp was broken and light by the door wouldn’t turn off - Shower screen dirty and hardly any hot water
The interior of the property itself is beautiful, a lot of food options and 5 different restaurants included in the all inclusive as well

Wonderful stay! The resort surroundings are lovely and has lots of wildlife and a lovely beach. All the staff are really friendly in all the bars and restaurants that are happy to go out of their way to help always! The entertainment team at the hotel were great! They have continuous activities throughout the day and shows on the evening. All were really friendly and keen for you to join in without being too pressuring. A special shout out to Leini and Julio who were lovely, great members of the animation team! Thank you for the great stay!

The linens were tattered and worn. The room was warm and uncomfortable to sleep. The fridge was stocked but the temperature was only cool. It was too hot to not have cold beverages and cold air conditioning. The toilet seat was broke but they immediately sent someone to fix it.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately, the hotel has a mosquito problem. In my room I had to deal with not just one mosquito a day, but dozens! The hotel needs to do something about this: Mosquitoes are disease carriers. Pack mosquitoe spray! Another negative point is the smell in the room, the ventilation smelled a bit musty and as soon as the air conditioning is not running, it becomes more extreme. The low temperatures and high humidity outside also play a role.
A big compliment to the staff, who make every effort to look after the hotel and especially the restaurant team and chefs. It's just that all inclusive hotels are very hectic and stressful. It is normal to be overworked. Despite everything, it was a nice vacation with a good atmosphere in this hotel.
