Bathroom wasn't separate- you can see this in the photos provided on the site so it is no secret, but the practicalities when travelling with friends was a bit difficult

However, there could be a small improvement. While the hotel did offer slippers, they came at an extra charge of 2.5 euros, which I believe could be included as a complimentary item.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. Parking was also convenient and hassle-free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and great breakfast.

I stayed in room 310. The room is nice, a corner room. However, it seems to be next to a Night Club, and in the night you can hear the base music until very late. If you are sensitive to noise, I recomend to get a different room.

This is a very nice and modern hotel, with amicable staff and great service. Breakfast was good but could’ve been better for the price (24 euro).

Something I personally struggle with a lot is self image and thus mirrors, so having a really big mirror in the room that's impossible to cover up made some thing really difficult

Staff was very friendly especially regarding my service dog, who was allowed to stay without any problems. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and had a great spot in the city

There was nothing during our stay that we didn't like. The room layout as regards the bathroom is slightly unusual and may not be to every traveller's liking.

A very tastefully designed hotel. Extremely modern and clean. Our room was spotlessly clean. Nice facilities, such as complimentary tea and coffee in communal galleys. The bar is nice, and the service is great. Check in is seamless and quick, and check out instant. Well located, a 15/20 minute walk from the Dom, and close to other Christmas markets. Very close to U-Bahn stop.

Check in was terrible! they told us that our room wouldnt be ready until 3pm, and to be fair check in is not until 3pm but you cannot tell me that there wasnt any rooms ready before this time! due to this there was a queue going out of the front doors all waiting to check in, we stood in a queue for about 30 minutes waiting to check in, surely letting customers check in when there are rooms ready would stop this bedlam!

The room was very nice, comfy bed and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly.

The Galley was useless. Couldn’t get hot water. Tea was vile. Appreciated the drinks/ snack machine. Put tea/coffee in the rooms please. Breakfast was our biggest problem. No-one greeted us or took our room numbers nor helped us to find a table for 3. Staff seemed busy but did not replenish the products on time so guests were constantly having to ask for cups, glasses, bowls, cofffee, eggs, croissants. It wasn’t a good vibe at all. Didn’t look like anyone was in charge directing operations. Need to sort this out as it was a major problem every morning. Food was good though.

The complimentary drink in the bar, the rooms were pleasant. Liked the bar and its vibe. Very comfortable beds. Very clean bedrooms. Easy heating controls, nice TV.

The bathroom lacks much privacy as it's quite cramped in the room with little space left, but not too inconvenient either.

The whole hotel is great! very well decorated and the staff was amazingly friendly! the bar is one of the best things in the hotel but the rooms also had a unique and welcoming vibe! We'll be definitely back here when visiting Köln again!

The check in procedure is a bit confusing and despite all the typing into the fancy iPad on the bar the key coding system didn’t work so the lady had to do it for us. We tried many times, but struggled to close the curtains that would prevent any light getting in. Room to room sound proofing is not great, could hear people having showers and copulating next door. Not really fans of two duvets for a double bed. Would’ve been nice to have a full size one in the wardrobe. The entrance is through the bar, which is a bit confusing when you first arrive.

Location is on a busy street, but away from it so a quiet location. Giving drinks vouchers in exchange for voluntarily choosing not to have the room cleaned daily is a cool concept.

The lifts were surprisingly slow, and the wet room shower was a little slow to drain.

Lovely property, the rooms were of good size and comfortable, and despite the hotel being by a main road, were very quiet. The ambience was great and the bar was lively and fun. Staff were friendly and helpful and the check in/out was easy.

We thought breakfast was a little costly but it was actually a better deal than searching out an establishment down the street. It is extremely popular(We went in too late on Sunday and the food was gone). It was Karnival weekend so we understood. One other thing we found at every hotel in the 5 German cities where we stayed-there is no small washcloth(The square ones) offered or available. In Frankfurt at the airport hotel they did have them.

Comfy and cozy bed and comforters for a chilly week in November! Breakfast was excellent. It is a buffet with a fine selection of high quality breads, cold cuts, hardboiled eggs and delicious condiments. Bar was inviting and privately set for a quiet evening. Employees were attentive and kind. Yasmin, Lenny, Manny and Iris were the employees we had the privilege to meet and who assisted us. We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel since we had arrived too early for check-in. There is a Taxi stop directly across the street and we chose to use it a couple of times.

Big room and bed. Very comfortable. I think we had an accessibility room so probably bigger than normal, but a very enjoyable stay.
