The climb up the 4 flights of stairs did not bother to us, but might for others. I did not know that is was right around the corner from the "red light" area of town. Strip clubs and girl shows right by place. I have adult children so it was fine, but if I had teenagers or younger this might be worrisome. I think it would be best to disclose this.

The apartment was wonderful. So cute, and had EVERYTHING and more. The shower was our favorite.

The stairs are an issue if you have mobility problems but once you are in the apartment these are quickly forgotten.

The apartment was spacious and very well appointed with everything that you needed. Everything was thought of. Close to the start of the Christmas markets and then you can just walk through them all.

It's on the 4th floor without lifts, which was hard for my elderly parents. Parking was a bit tricky but managed to sort out a garage with the host

City center has it’s downsides - it’s a bit loud, especially on Saturday night and early Sunday morning. Closed window is a must. Fortunately, the windows are good and when closed, the noise stays outside.

Nice apartment, well equipped kitchen, towels and other bathroom supplies available. Very nice view and a big plus for A/C. Old town - walking distance. The apartment is cosy and has all things You might need (washing machine, coffee maker, basic spices etc).

Could have had a bit more forewarning about just how many flights of stairs it is up to the apartment (not easy with suitcase!) and fact that google maps directions takes you right through red light area (not great with children!)

Only comment that could be made but wasn’t a huge problem was that the restaurant on the ground floor is open until 01:00 am. Friday and Saturday night can be a little noisy if you leave the windows open.

The location was great, easy to find, transportation connections located right nearby. Close to all amenities including an Edeka grocery store. The property itself as described and very clean. We appreciated the video that was provided on booking describing all that you need for your stay.

Everything! The location is good, just stone throw away from U-bahn station. Supermarkets are very near too. Almost everything is provided for in the apartment. Apartment is on the highest floor, walking up and down the stairs not a problem for us since we brought along small luggage and backpacks.

It’s a cozy penthouse at the top of the apartment without the lift. The downstairs has a restaurant and coffee shop nearby. It is located near the old town and shopping center is not too far on foot.

The flat is very close to the city centre and transport. Great service, the host communicated frequently, welcomed us and explained everything. We enjoyed the unexpected such as the additional bedroom and air-conditioning. The dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine made the stay very easy. It was sometimes a little noisy from the road up when the windows were open.

We didn't mind this and the host is very clear that there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but if you are not fit enough or prepared to carry your luggage up and down 4 flights then this is not for you.

Well equipped, very spacious and very comfortable apartment in a perfect location at the edge of the old town. Lots of amenities nearby. Great parking place nearby on request. Fabulous and friendly host. Highly recommend and would stay again.

It cannot be helped but the apartment being on the 4th floor was a bit tough for the elderly. Overall it was ok, just take the stairs slowly.

The host was prompt with communication before we arrived at the property and was on hand to meet us and orientate us on the apartment and the surroundings. The apartment had everything we needed and location was top notch. It was fairly priced much to our appreciation. Size of the apartment was rare for a rental that can house a whole family together.
