Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

- a lot of parts of the hotel need to be renovated - single bed in room much too narrow - no (!) Vegan meal available with room service nor restaurant/ bar; although I was very hungry, no effort was made at all to prepare me a simple pasta or salat; this being even more nuts considering they have vegan options at breakfast - quality of bread and green salat at breakfast bad - price to pay for gym too high as a hotel guest (18,5 euros per day) with no family pass available - shower towels too small

We arrived at the hotel around noon, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and was told to come back at check in time 15:00. We asked for rooms close to each other but they said the hotel was full and they could not guarantee it. We came back at check in time but the process started rocky, It took quite some time that made us think there was a problem. They seemed to be searching to find rooms for us. People came, got their rooms and went but we waited. Eventually the receptionist said there was a matter but it was good now. We had two rooms but they weren't even on the same floor. Both rooms were located at the furthest from the elevators. Our room was on the smaller side but the main problem was it was quite cold and did not seem to heat up. We called the reception they said someone would come to look at it, and we also asked for 2 extra pillows too. That night the room had come up to tolerable heat but no extra pillows. Unfortunately we were able to get the extra pillows on our second night and after asking for them 3 times. I guess them having us wait that long to try to find us rooms and lack of any explanation or information at check in and also the problem with heating led us to believe we were given rooms less adequate. Staff seemed friendly enough but not so good at following up with any of our requests.
· Location is perfect, We went to visit the Christmas markets and it was in 5-15 minutes of walking distance to most of them. Breakfast was outstanding, including a made to order station.

This is just being picky but I’m not a fan of feather pillows due to a dust allergy, so more used to a substantial pillow.
Friendly staff on arrival with easy check in. Has a great ‘green option’ for the environment which is that if you don’t need your room cleaned every day as it’s likely to be a short city break then you can forfeit it and get a free drink (coffee, wine, beer, soft drink) per person for every day you don’t have it! It was well located for the Cathedral, the Christmas markets and shopping but also away from any noise! Clean, comfortable and well located!

Unfortunately we were not allowed either early check in or late check out but it was due to the festive season.
Comfortable beds, clean room, warm atmosphere and very nice breakfast! Hotel is close to everything, we walked all over the city with no problem! Metro was used only to come and go to the airport!

Charging €18 for the gym is disappointing. Most hotels of this standard would provide complimentary access.
The location is central and only a short walk from the main train station. The hotel was very nicely decorated for Xmas and check in was quick and easy. We asked a couple of questions of reception during our stay and they were always very helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. On Friday morning there were little Santa chocolates at breakfast which was a nice touch, although these didn’t appear on the weekend.

The rooms were rather stuffy so we had the window open to let fresh air in but of course that also allowed the noise from the traffic come through.

The fridge was not in order that means no mini bar in the room. And for the stars of the hotel only one bottle of water for 2 persons for 4 nights is unacceptable. Also smile, polite and kindness from the staff is necessary.
The hotel is in very good location. Near the River, near the main market , near the Dom and the most famous Squares and attractions of the city. Also a lot of nice restaurants in very close distance. The rooms are of a good size with confi beds and pillows. Breakfast is very nice!! Recomented

Quite expensive, especially breakfast, which cost €29 We ate in a nearby cafe.
