Nothing to dislike at all!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly (especially Olga!). The free Prosecco and wine in the lobby was an excellent touch! The room was so comfortable, clean, and the bed was amazing! The only thing I might suggest is a light in the closet. It was a bit dark, which made it difficult to see clothes in it. But that didn’t affect our experience. The location was fantastic. It was just far enough away from the main tourist areas that it wasn’t chaotic (it was nice and quiet) but close enough that we could very easily walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel is beautifully designed.great taste. Cleaning your room every day! The staff are very nice. Especially Olga from the morning and all day reception. She is absolutely helpful with a welcoming smile every time. And has great tips also. We felt that she really wants to help and not just doing her job Thank you dear Olga Also they have great gym, compatible but have good facilities and the bathroom has a warmed floor wich is also great . The room in general was great too The hotel is located about 1.5 km from the ancient city where all the Christmas market take place So for us it was convient to walk

One day our room wasn’t done by 3:30 pm after a day long walking the city, but were handed towels and coffee needed right away. The staff may be reminded to replenish coffee and/or tea when running low in the rooms.

The moment we walked in the lobby, the personnel were really attentive and accommodating. It has been that way all throughout our stay, which made our trip extra special. The services, including the massage, was superb. The breakfast had a good selection. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and was as shown in their photos. It was close to the center and there were trams that led to the palace. Don't miss the restaurants close to the hotel too, particularly the Czech restaurant "U Fleků".

Breakfast could have been better. The staff at the restaurant weren’t smiling much and weren’t really happy when we asked questions.

Great reception staff. They were all very kind and friendly. Hotel design was beautiful, rooms were very comfortable. Hotel is very well located. In 15 mins on foot, you are in center.

Everything was just perfect. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff in the hotel is exceptionally service-minded and they had time to chat with us in the lobby. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

It was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The fire was such a cosy touch on the tv as soon as you enter the room. The bathroom and facilities were amazing too. Would stay there again.

We likely everything!

The hotel’s decor was very tasteful! The room was cosy and modern. The staff was kind and accommodating. It was a nice surprise to find out that they were offering free Prosecco, wine and coffee at the lobby any time of the day. We would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful hotel that is unmatched in terms of the unique style and comfort it offers. We were blown away by the attention to detail and the very classy interiors. Our room was beautiful and big. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the dancing house building and the river within walking distance. The bath area was very clean and functional. We loved everything!

This hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in a long time. It was in a very safe location, and getting around was incredibly easy. It took less than two minutes to reach the tram. Staying here during our trip to Prague was definitely the right choice, and it made our trip so much more enjoyable. The rooms looked exactly like the photos—spotlessly clean and very stylishly decorated. Apart from all this, I would like to give a special thanks to Olga and Maryna. After an unfortunate incident, they were extremely helpful and always treated us with kindness and support. They felt like two friends to me, and I’m so happy I had the chance to meet them. Without a doubt, Olga and Maryna were the best part of staying at this hotel. Thank you for everything! If I ever come back, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation.
