An exceptionally beautiful lodge. The two hosts, Delphine and Bert, have created a little paradise. Everything is absolutely beautiful - the garden, the pool in the middle of the jungle, the houses.... The hosts are very nice, helpful and funny. It is close to the very pleasant village of Cahuita. Thank you for the wonderful time with you. We would love to come back. ❤️

I really can't say that there was anything I didn't like. I was concerned about sleeping at night when I learned there wasn't any air conditioning but quickly discovered that it wasn't a problem because of the large screens which surround the units and allow air to flow freely and it cools down some at night. The wifi could be strengthened but as the property is in the jungle, its a challenge.

The entire property was magnificent, lush vgetation, expertly landscaped. The vegetation also gives each unit privacy. The hosts are delightful, plaeasant, informative and always eager to answer questions and make suggestions to enhance your vacation. The dwellings and property are spotless. Because the property is in the jungle, the sounds of nature are all around. It is easy to get to the national park in Cauhita. We rented bikes as our mode of transportation but the property is best enjoyed with a vehicle. The pool is magnificent, large and surrounded by natural vegetation.

There were a few small thing in the room that can be improved: sink wasn’t working at best, sheet was missing (the upper one) and the safe wasn’t working correctly

The facility is immersed in the nature and not far from Cahuita, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Breakfast option available and the owner cook it for you all with organic ingredients!

The garden and pool makes you feel like you are in paradise. The lodges are authentic and fully equipped. Staff is really cheerful and helpful. We really felt like we came back to nature in Passion fruit Ecolodge, this is 100% what we were looking for in our vacation in Costa Rica.

small note: without air conditioning (was in the description) is for an ecolodge understandable. However, the room was not well ventilated as there was only one window with a mosquito screen. Windows on both sides for draft are sorely needed in the hot and humid Cahuita without AC in my view, but if the fan is enough for you, it's fine :)

-Delphin and Bert are both very warmful, helpful and very georgious (allowed us to use the pool after having checked out) -the pool is outstanding, fully natured surrounded -Breakfast was delicious and satisfying -the garden is so various and you can spot so many birds in the morning

The hosts were incredible, an absolute pleasure to see each morning for breakfast. The entire location was gorgeous with the most vibrant plants. Pool was perfect in the evenings and offered an excellent place to relax in the evenings. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of, and provide tons of information on where to go and what to do if you aren't much of a planner.

So beautiful and calm place. The sounds of nature all day long. I would recommend to have a rented car to explore the surroundings.

An absolute dream of a place. Beautiful buildings set in a stunning garden and enough space to experience different places, the pool, quiet hammock area, the bar etc. The owners are warm, friendly, helpful and fun. We came without a car and hired their bikes. The ride to the sea and along the dirt road into Cahuita was wonderful and, as we didn't want to travel far, was perfect for us. There is also a regular bus and plenty of cabs. One very good restaurant 10 mins walk down the track is great for the evening. We stayed for 5 days in a large bungalow and then came back later for 2 more days in the deluxe double 'Pina'. The smaller bungalows are all at the back away from the larger ones, which may have large and potentially noisy groups, so maybe go for one of those if you are a couple wanting guaranteed quiet. We loved 'Pina' with its own plunge pool and only jungle noises.

Nothing! It was perfect for what we needed.

The Passionfruit Lodge was our first stop on a 2-week Costa Rica trip and it was absolutely perfect. We stayed for 4 days in the cabin with a plunge pool, the cabin design is paired-back but fits in perfectly with the surroundings and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a few meals. The cabin is set back from the path and so feels private but it’s just across from the bar and incredible swimming pool to enjoy during the day. It also featured a guide-book made by Bert and Delphine, which we referenced for everything we did and the suggestions all turned out great. I would also definitely recommend the yoga which Delphine offers on request. You need a car really to be there but it’s fine as you feel you are in your own piece of paradise a little further from the nearest town of Cahuita. We were so impressed by passionfruit lodge for the price and would thoroughly recommend anyone to go there!

Super nice place in extraordinary scenery. The pool is amazing and the location is so lush, you feel like you're in the jungle. The hosts are super kind and the breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip! We also got some great tips for our onward yourney that really were worth it

We had a lovely stay here. The Garden and Pool area are absolutely beautiful. Everything feels very private, all you hear is nature. We loved watching the birds in the morning from our porch. We would definitely come back.
