Wow! Amazing place. Everything succeeded all our expectations: location, facilities, staff, comfortable rooms, and views. The staff were so amazing and helped us book a snorkelling tour and when we weren’t successful finding manta rays on the first go- they found another spot where there were confirmed sightings and took us there, sneaking us a chance to swim with a manta! The food in the restaurant was amazing and the live music was a major hit :) we loved it all and will definitely be back! Thank you!

The Sender Pool Suites

It is a little haven of peace close to the centre of Ubud. The accommodation is private with only the sharing of the pool. The pool itself is fabulous and big enough to share between the 2 suites. The suites themselves are very well appointed and the semi outside bathroom is fabulous. The aircon and mosquito nets ensure your comfort. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely stay again.

The lack of choice offered on our third (last) day for breakfast was disappointing but in general the breakfasts were good.

To be honest , Everything I will say is little about the hotel in all respects. The staff are all wonderful and their service is very fast and all they care about is customer satisfaction. As for the villa, it is very, very beautiful and there is no deficiency in it. It is truly imaginative, clean and comfortable. Everything is clean and wonderful ، our villa was 4 , I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for a family of 3. The room was good, had what we needed. Location is close to the harbour and great for sunsets. Pool was great too but the best bit is the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and the general vibe of the restaurant is excellent.

This is very small but the only mirror in the whole room was up so high I had to stand on a chair to do my hair. I sat outside on the daybed to do my make up. Pretty minor thing really.

Very nice place near Medan airport, the best option to choose to relax after/before long flight. Staff is very friendly, there is a free shuttle from/to the airport. We also enjoyed beautiful pool and vegan options in the restaurant.

Absolutely luxurious stay. We were upgraded upon check in and stayed in a gorgeous bungalow. Beds and aircon were awesome. The hotel grounds are incredible. This feels like 5 stars without the 5 star price.

Amazing resort- very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are very accommodating. Great clean rooms and comfy beds :) thank you!

The family is very kind and we were served diner, which was nice because we were late and it was raining hard outside. The new airco works fine.

The room looked very poor ( plastic instead gladd). The intgrated toilet shower demands improvisation. Basics such as towels or toiletpaper are not standard available, only if you ask for it.
