It was a great experience for spending the time in Sheraton Melbourne! The location is great, just right in the free tram zone, we can almost go ahead to every spot by taking the free tram. Staffs are all nice, they always give us warm greetings and help. There's one staff who gave us big help (I'm so sorry that I forgot to ask his name), he showed us the detailed ways to take a free tram to the south cross station, and also recommended some delicious restaurants for celebrating my dad's birthday. Really grateful to you guys and hope to stay in here again! We have a great time there, thank you so much! 绝佳的位置，员工也都很热情和友好，有位员工跟我们很详细的介绍了如何坐free tram去车站，还推荐了几家餐厅，真的非常感谢他，在这的一切都很好。

在西澳住的第一家民宿，独居的女房东很热心，热爱绘画，两个大客厅挂满了画。养了一只16岁的狗狗。由于我们付款匆忙，多给了一百澳元，她发行后立马就敲门退还给我们，而且主动开车把我们送到火车站。真心感动！

Apart from those, there’s only one thing may need to improve, the bed sheet is a bit itchy. But apart from this, all things are good. It it recommend to stay in this hotel for vacation.
