To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BangladeshThe complimentary breakfast was terrible, There wasn't much option. (paratha, vegetables, Daal, fride rice, white bread, butter, jelly, coffee) The breakfast time was 7.00- 10.00. but After 9.30, they refused to refill trays and the food was cold. Paratha was hard, they didn't even give any eggs for breakfast. Wifi connection was super slow. We didn't even connect for a moment.
The room was very spacious, Lighting setup was soothing. the bathroom was quite big and clean. But amanitas were very basic.

BangladeshRoom wall is damp, floor finishing was fainted, did not provide water heater and complementary tea/coffee making facility. Only 5/6 items breakfast and no chicken on it. For tea/coffee you have to ask them.
The room was very spacoius. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big with bathtub.

United KingdomThis used to be my go to place when flying from Dhaka (pre Covid that was regularly). However service has gone downhill since. Shuttle bus left me waiting an hour at the domestic terminal and refused to even reduce the 500 taka charge. It’s half that to get a taxi there from the airport and I would have arrived much sooner. WiFi code was written in the room but had a capital "R" where there should be a lowercase one, so it would not connect. I will be using somewhere else from now on.
Rooms are nice and comfortable and it's close to the airport.
