Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is unbeatable for events at Marvel. Easy access to free City Circle Tram and easy walking distance to Southern Cross Station. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Staff were friendly. Bathrooms were clean and nice.

AustraliaI'd not rate it 5 stars but it wasn't priced as a 5 star. The room was clean but old and somewhat tired. Very disappointed to receive communication that the gym and pool are off site AFTER booking! This should be advertised up front, l never would have booked had l known that. Email Communication about check in wasn't answered until the Monday after I'd already checked out.
The location was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, if not a bit too soft. The king room was very spacious with a good size balcony with no view as stated. The tram was vet close and the train station a short walk. A local store and restaurants within a walk on a nice day. Staff were lovely but large numbers of people waiting for towels and checking in resulted in a half hour wait to ask a question.

AustraliaThe website listed that the property had a roof top pool and open restaurant, however the pool is in an adjacent building and its open air but not roof top. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The carpet in the hallway to the rooms is well worn and is lifting, creating a tripping hazard, (for $570 a night I thought it should be better). The in the bathroom sink was really dirty, hair and gunk all around the drain hole.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice. Lovely large bathroom.
