At night people honking in the street even though its prohibited by law gets a bit noisy if someone is a light sleeper like me .. i stay up till 5 then I sleep to avoid the disturbance

The location was very convenient with the marina on the right and the beach to the left. Kids were able to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of JBR walk within minutes and stroll around the marina when exploring otherwise. The tram is located right across the street and the marina mall is a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself felt like home upon arrival, when cinnamon and bergamot tantalize the senses.

Staff were great, did not hesitate to help when we asked. Mr. Yoga was especially attentive and understanding to our situation (we have 2 twin toddlers!). Breakfast Buffet was exceptional, and the staff were beyond helpful and nice

JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) in Dubai is a beautiful, clean, and safe destination suitable for people of all ages. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here the vibrant atmosphere, pristine beaches, and family-friendly environment made it truly memorable. Seven days were not enough to explore everything this area and Dubai as a whole have to offer, and I can’t wait to visit again! Special mention to the staff at Mövenpick who made our stay exceptional. The hotel is located in the heart of JBR the walk. From the moment we arrived, the Manager greeted us warmly, saying, “We were waiting for you,” which added a lovely personal touch to our welcome. Throughout our stay, we received thoughtful little gifts like chocolates and a mug. I wasn’t sure if it was due to the festive season or if Mövenpick always treats their guests like this, but it made our visit feel truly special. Sunil B.K provided exceptional room service during our stay. Every time he cleaned, the room looked spotless and fresh, as if we were entering for the very first time. His attention to detail and dedication were remarkable. Additionally, his warm smile and courteous demeanor always made us feel welcome. A true asset to the hospitality team! The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of options for both adults and children.

However, we were a bit disappointed with the delay in the room upgrade process, which lasted until 10 PM. We had hoped for an additional discount or compensation for that day, but unfortunately, none was offered. Apart from this, everything else was perfect.

Our stay at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach Dubai was overall a wonderful experience. Everything, from the beach services to the complimentary ice cream service, was excellent and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the helpful staff, from the bellboys to the reception team, and from the restaurant managers to the waiters. Thanks to the entire team; we’d definitely consider coming back!
