M Resort & Spa was just a perfect hideaway for us. It’s located by a beautiful reef where you can go snorkelling and stand up paddling. The equipment is provided by the hotel. They also organized a boat trip to Lelepa island for us. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was just a perfect stay! Would definitely come back one day!

Most of them live in the nearby Eratap village and take great pride in their work. Pascal, the manager, was fantastic. When Vanuatu Airlines never put our luggage on the plane ( along with 41 other pieces) she was quick to followup with the airline and arrange for a ride to the airport to pick up our Luggage. If you are flying to Vanuatu- Fly any airline but Air Vanuatu. We had boarding passes to Fiji for our return flight. When we got to the airport, we found out the flight was cancelled with no notice. They put us up at a local hotel for the night, ( after 3 hours of dealing with their service desk)squeezed us on the next day flight - I’m sure someone else got bumped off, and never paid for the extra 2 nights we had to pay for because we had missed our connecting flight that only goes 3X per week.

I loved the serene location of the property; it really made for a relaxing family holiday. The amazing staff were always ready to help, and the stunning views added to the overall experience. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for them, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Stove tops, kettles, microwaves and refrigerators are provided as well as flat-screen TVs with pay-per-view and satellite channels. The staff was absolutely amazing and very very friendly. We loved that. Thank you for that kindness.

Nasama Resort boasts a private sandy beach, an infinity swimming pool, free WiFi access and free kayaking and snorkelling equipment rental. A private balcony with lovely ocean views and designer hardwood furniture are standard in all apartments. Opened in December, 2014 the on site Cafe Vila Restaurant & Bar is well known for it"s food and cocktails. Everything ! Staff at front desk were exceptional, as were housekeeping staff and cafe Vila staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Surprise birthday greetings and beautiful bouquet of flowers was an added surprise and very very thoughtful. My room 412, offered both pool view and ocean view which I was very pleased about, however there was only 1 issue I had with this which I will explain below. The pool was perfect temperature altho I preferred my daily dips in the ocean. The free snorkel gear was put to good use also. I will update have loved to take advantage of the free kayaks, but found the water was a little too wavy for my comfort level. The ability and ease of flagging bus to go into the market and a purchase fresh fruits and go into supermarket to purchase extra milk, bread etc to keep in my fridge was fantastic.

Each bungalow at this adults-only resort offers a comfortable sitting area and a furnished terrace. They offer either garden views or panoramic views of the lagoon and coastline. All rooms feature stylish décor, a TV and free movies, and a bathroom with toiletries and towels. Some Bungalows also offer a private plunge pool. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was exceptionally good. Nice area around the pool for relaxing. 20 walk down into town. Easy to get a minibus back.

Largely untouched, Moso Island is an isolated sanctuary, surrounded by crystal-clear blue water and shaded by rustling coconut trees. This place is one of the most special places I've ever stayed due to the wonderful staff who work hard everyday to make you feel welcomed. From Nunez on reception to Alice and the boys on the floor to the kitchen staff everybody was just delightful to talk to. The staff make this place the most wonderful stay one could ever imagine. We were even taught some Bislama. A MUST do if you are in Vanuatu.
