The staff was very professional and respectful, and the property was well maintained and clean. Especially the reception was very helpful. The net around the bed was also very useful in keeping out mosquitoes and insects. My wife who is very sensitive about insects was specially thankful for it.

My boyfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was our home for 6 nights. Everything was amazing - service, food, amenities, comfort of the villa etc. I really liked how communication with the staff could be done through an application. they were very prompt with their replies and accommodating to our requests too. We could even request for buggy service from the main lobby to and from our villa, something we really appreciated when it was raining or when we were carrying many things. The villa we stayed in was huge, comfortable and amazing, we especially loved the sunken living room. Huge thank you to the friendly service crew, really gonna miss this place and hope to be back here someday.

Our family enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel so much! We had 6 nights there and It was an unbelievable experience of having fabulous holidays here. Everything was perfect, but we wanted to say some special words and share our emotions about very attentive and perfect work of the people in charge of the Horizon restaurant. Breakfasts and dinners were both high-standard and finger-licking delicious - the work of the staff and manager was completely what people are intended expect to get at the 5 star hotel. Special thanks to the manager Mr.Darry and chef Mr.Su. Thanks to waiters and people created positive and warm atmosphere every day: Mr.Darryl, Mr.Hoa, Mr. Hau and miss Vi. You are awesome , guys! We highly recommend everyone to book H/B variant of accommodation, as every dinner was amazing and unique. Located in Phu Quoc, a few steps from Long Beach, Regent Phu Quoc provides accommodation with three restaurants Oku restaurant with Omakase Atelier, Rice Market a Vietnamese and Asian restaurant and... This hotel was like a beautiful dream, everything was amazing in this hotel. All of the staff were polite and friendly with guests. I am looking forward to coming back very soon to Regent Phu Quoc.
