There are some many small details to give you the best possible experience. In every step of our stay we could feel the luxury but without the feeling of being in an posh environment. Everything felt naturally done to provide the guests the best possible experience. One big factor in all that are the staff members. Everyone (really everyone we simply passed by walking by) was so naturally friendly, helpful and always there to share a laughter.

Small, cozy and modern hotel located right at the beach. The breakfast is great with a lot of variation. The staff is super friendly and helpful and so are the owners. Everything is superclean and they clean your room everyday.

Located in Uroa, 100 metres from Uroa Public Beach, F-Zeen Boutique Hotel Zanzibar provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. This is a magical place. The resort is really long (compared to others at which we stayed), alongside the beach. This means you will have a feeling that you are alone on the beach, even if the hotel is full. We had an ocean front room and just 5 meters to our sunbeds under the palm trees. Let me point out there are not a lot of locals on the beach, selling stuff, so you will really have peace and quiet. You should expect though that the sea is affected by the tide, the same as it in most of places on Zanzibar (but keep that in mind). Aside from excellent position of the hotel, we would like to compliment the staff. They were so wonderful, always smiling, really made all of our wishes come true.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Zen Boutique Resort. The food is amazing whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. The swimming pool is large and very pleasant . The rooftop bar with a sunset view is exceptional. Sarah and her team take great care of us from the beginning to the end of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Facing the beachfront, Mambo Paradise offers 4-star accommodation in Matemwe and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. Our experience of zanzibar cannot be complete without this resort. Truly a paradise. I give them an 11/10. You might think this is an over exaggeration, and yes, it is not. Why? Because they also don't hold back on their sensitivity. The staff in mambo have sensitivity on 20/10. Whatever they lack as a facility, they make up for in sensitivity. Truly, they do not lack much. Clean, airy, spacious, noiseless, very clean again. Now to the sensitive part; they need to be given a thripple thumbs up thats why I give them 20/10. They will TAKE CARE OF YOU. They make sure you are comfy, always asking if yoh are fine and even if you are not happy they go out of their way to make you happy. As much as you pay for this service they make it worth the while. MAMBO IS A PARADISE OF SENSITIVE PEOPLE WHO WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY AND BE AT PEACE NO MATTER HOW SHORT OR LENGTHY YOUR STAY IS. THEIR MANAGER IS A GEM. I'D GO AGAIN IF I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY. Facing the beachfront, Kijani Beach Villas offers 1-star accommodation in Bwejuu and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. We loved everything, from the extremely beautiful site, with very comfortable villas built directly on the beach and over the sea, the quietness and exclusivity of all the place with an immense and almost “private” beach at our feet”, the very tasteful decoration and relaxed atmosphere, the great meals in a wonderful restaurant, to the kind, friendly and joyful attitude of all the staff … the perfect environment for a unique and unforgettable holiday !

The One Resort Zanzibar has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in Makunduchi. This 4-star hotel offers a private beach area, a concierge service and free WiFi. We really enjoyed our time at the One resort. The staff is great, always helpful and friendly. The food was great, the pool and pool bar is also amazing. Highly recommend the resort if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.
