This was my second time staying at Arte and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. From the greeting at the lobby, to the smooth check-in, to the rooms and endless facilities, there is just so much for everyone to enjoy and each area / roof pool / restaurant, has very high quality service and staff. There is nothing the staff can't do for you or questions they can't answer...they are all so well informed about the product that is Xcaret and it is a wonderful experience to stay there. The food in this hotel is on ANOTHER LEVEL to all hotels in the region. The flavours and selection of food just blows my minds. The main buffet has to be the biggest and best buffet in any hotel I have been to around the world...the choices inside for authentic Mexican cuisine are ENDLESS and everything is just bursting with flavour. I really enjoyed kayaking there and relaxing by the beach area. It's just stunning in that area with an incredible design, which makes a person feel like they are on an island and not in Playa del Carmen. Without a doubt I will return again to this hotel and I'm already looking forward to the next trip!

I have been to a lot of hotels in my life and this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my whole life, it was an exceptional experience, so clean and comfortable, they have upgraded me for my honeymoon. Lots of choices, about 10 restaurants, 3 caffès and 4 swimming pools. Staff were super friendly and hospitality standards are top notch

Review for Secrets Playa Blanca I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Playa Blanca, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special throughout our stay. Every request was met with a smile and handled promptly, making us feel truly pampered. One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to the spa for a couples massage and hydrotherapy experience. The spa was tranquil and beautifully designed, creating a calming escape within the resort. Our massage therapists were incredibly skilled, leaving us both feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience. It was such a memorable way to unwind together, and we’d highly recommend it for any couple visiting the resort. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, with decor that felt luxurious and high-end. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into every detail, creating an ambiance that was both stylish and comfortable. We stayed in the preferred section of the resort and loved the added touches, including a hot tub on the balcony—such a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the views. The resort’s restaurants were fantastic, with a variety of options that catered to every palate. Each meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Whether we were dining at the gourmet French restaurant, enjoying a more casual poolside lunch, or indulging in some late-night room service, the food was consistently excellent. The grounds of the resort were stunning, meticulously maintained with lush landscaping, and felt like an oasis. We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

The staff was amazing and made our experience that much better. Special thank to our Concierge Alejandro! Good food althrough out the trip but the breakfast buffey definitely stood out.

EVERYTHING this hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way. To start the concept is very nice and is an excellent place to relax, to reconnect with yourself and to disconnect from everything else. All the activities were amazing, the food in all restaurants was perfect, the scenary was magical, the beach is pristine and they clean it everyday from seaweed, the gym is inside a jungle literally, the room was filled with exciting ammenities and excellent treats like on our first night they received us with strawberries with non lactose dark chocolate; there were other things like coconut water, combucha, nuts, dried papaya, etc for free at the room, the hair dryer is amazing it never failed and it left my wife hairs as if she had gone to the beauty salon... our nomadic Esteban was great he was all the time helpful and on top to helpo us, drivers like Oscar who was always happy to have a talk with us and was very kind... the whole staff is perfect, the bed felt literally like sleeping on a cloud, it was incredible... the hotel is a 20/10

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Beautiful location, spectacular beaches, clean, well maintained. Infiniti pools —3 —are gorgeous. Rented cabana for three days and it was heavenly. Our butlers -David and Marissa-were the icing on the cake. We were celebrating our anniversary and came back to room to find rose petal heart, cake, anniversary banner and balloons!

Located in Cancún in the Quintana Roo Region, 4.1 km from Cancun Bus Station, Caribbean apartment located in an resort "All Ritmo Cancun" features an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor pool. We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).
