Really nice and helpful people. Saliza, the mum of everyone, she is a lovely person, and so is Muchtar. A super breakfast beside the sea is what everyone would think about paradise. Rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable with a terrace to chill out looking at the sea, lying on the hammock! It's a place to stay longer, much longer!!! Thank you Saliza and Muchtar!

Situated in Simeulue, less than 1 km from Nancala Beach, Momos Surf Shack features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The resort has a range of water sports facilities. We had a warm welcoming with fresh coconuts. Momo's is only 500 m from the Peak Surf Point. Also close to other surf break points. Momo's team took in a trip to show us the nearby surf spots. Also, motorcycles were available for rent at the property. The bangalows are beautiful, and comes with Sunset view. Delicious food is served on a daily with refreshing juices. Good vibes, friendly staff and most importantly affordable price.

Guests at the resort will be able to enjoy activities in and around Sabang, like snorkelling. Sharka and Putra, the owners, are one of the most welcoming people we have ever met. Their kindness and patience with our 3 kids was sooo heart warming! Their puppy, Lulu, was the main attraction for our kids. The whole resort was established by so much passion for local handcraft and an eye for interior design. Food and drinks were excellent! They were also giving us lots of information on culture and history. The beach was beautiful as well, snorkeled a couple of times but don't exspect white sand and azur blue water. The water is very clear but due to the rocks in the water not as reflecting as on other beaches - but loved beach and water there! The bungalows are very comfy and nicely furnished. We had two scooters to get around (diving, Jaboi Vulcano etc). We had a beautiful and relaxing week and would love to come back😃

At the resort, rooms have a seating area. Lukas, Irawan and staff gave our family a very personalized, fun and accommodating experience in an already magical island. White sand beach with crystal clear, warm waters housing schools of fish and coral for snorkeling at the shoreline. I loved the homecooked meals - local foods, fish and taste. They created a special lobster candlelight dinner on sunset beach for Father's Day, played games/soccer with the kids, homemade stone oven pizza one night, movie night on the beach, a trip to explore a hidden jungle cave (magical!), learning tour of a local clinic and village tour ending in karaoke. Very few mosquitos. Wifi- good. We were able to fully unplug & extended our stay to 5 nights.

At the accommodation all rooms include a seating area. I loved everything about this property. It is low key, calm, away from mass tourism- it can be a bit of a mission to get there according to weather conditions but totally worth it . Owners Ira and Vicky are lovely people as is their staff of 3 who do an excellent job in a low key friendly way. Bit of a cliche to say they feel like family but after 7 days stay there it is true. I have travelled a lot and it is rare to find a place like this. It is not “flash” and don’t expect all the bells and whistles but if you want a quiet stay with swimming, reading ( and games avaible ) excellent internet and 4G as a bonus then this is the place for you.
