We were at the bungalow on the beachfront. Beautiful beach right in front the bungalow. You can snorkel and see wildlife as soon as you enter the water - this was amazing. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. Mohammed Kamel, iur manager, was very attentive with us and went out of his way to make our stay even more enoyable. Nice pools, some heated. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the service was really a gem.

The beach is magnificent. The food was delicious. The staff is extremely kind and hospitable. They put in a lot of effort during our stay and it was highly appreciated. It was a very relaxing stay and overall a very nice experience.

From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. The bay was beautiful, we saw many turtles and dugongs. The Beach Boys were very kind especially Oscar Horus🤩 The hotel is very good and clean … breakfast was little bit poor!
