Everything was great, much better than expected. We got a warm welcome, they asked about our special needs before arrival and fulfilled all our special needs. We brought a surfboard, so we got a ground floor room close to beach even if we booked a cheaper room. Food is great, lots of choice.

Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We are lloking forward to come again.
