Possible to rent beginner surf boards at the hotel. The beach in front of the hotel was amiazing and had decent waves for beginner surfing, and offered paradise like sunsets. The hotel bar was very nice, free cold water 24h, very good and decent priced food, could even make meals not on the menu. The neighboring beaches were also amazing, and offered an amazing and scenic 20 min walk to "playa encuentro" (for more advanced surfing).
