All the procedure was pleasure. The pools was clean and with different temperature. The rooms was comfort mattress .very good food on high expecting. Breakfast like a five star hotel.

This impressive spa hotel is located in the heart of the magnificent Rila mountain range, near the popular ski resort of Borovets, only a 50-minute drive away from Sofia. all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. breakfast was plentiful from cold to warm options and the swimming pool/spa were welcome after a long days snowboarding. The hotel is located right on the slopes so we snowboarded into Borovets, took the gondola to the peak and snowboarded down the red runs back to the hotel. I was astonished by the scenery - it was amazing as the hotel is embedded into the forest so a magical sight as all the trees were snow covered. The 3 x gentlemen in the equipment room were very helpful and suggested snowboard settings options to enhance our boarding experience - thank you.

The house was lovely, it had everything we needed, there was a large park with black swans. The lady that was our property contact was available and answered our question. The house consists of a living room and bathroom at the bottom floor and then a master bedroom and two rooms with single beds and a bathroom at the top floor. Also, small dogs are allowed which was great. The house interior was beautiful and there was fireplace.
