This was my fifth stay at the hotel and it lived up to our expectations. our room was wonderful, the view of the sea was spectacular. The staff were amazing, The Indian restaurant is probably one of the best in the UAE! Elwy Elgazaar was incredibly helpful and made our stay that much more special. Zanzibar, is probably one of the best bars in the UAE, the staff are very friendly and efficient,we are even considering having our wedding there.

Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Thank you Valentina at the breakfast restaurant: together with your team you did a marvellous job.

WoW absolutely perfect hotel location is just beautiful water lots of crabs nature was driving as was the fishes. The staff were exceptional. The pool was just beautiful. The stuff really made us feel at home room staff gave me a happy birthday. I will never forget with flowers on my bed spelling happy birthday and a message on the mirror. They also gave me a birthday cake exceptional location exceptional staff for all families the pool was the right depth where everybody was safe children with safe lifeguard on site, with a swing on the sand at the beach we made sandcastles we swam we ate we laughed we had cake by the ocean perfect place thank you. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. The dinner was lovely.

The rooms are comfortable. The sea view is really nice. I have enjoyed the pool and the beach a lot. The breakfast offers a fairly good selection. The iftar buffet was mind-blowing. The staff is very kind and helpful. They even arranged a late check-out. I would definitely visit the hotel again.

Palma Beach Resort and Spa stands as a captivating oasis, distinguished by its enchanting ancient Egyptian design that promises a truly unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming. We were presented with a welcome drink while we checked in and were then escorted to our huge room which faced onto the pool. We were explained all the amenities in lots of detail. Shiri and Vinaya were so helpful. It was our first time visiting and we will definately come back again and recommend it to our friends. The food at the restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. The pool was a perfect temperature with lots of quiet spaces to read during the day and music in the evening.
