Our room had an amazing view of the Travertine Pools and we woke up to hot air balloons floating around the resort. I could check in before kl 14, I was offered tea while waiting when my room was prepared. It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful garden and area and hot pools are very special experience. They welcomed me with a fruit dish in the room. Breakfast and dinner were good. They also serve afternoon tea with own made cookies. Also, the 1 Swimming Pool is accesible even in the late night. The staff was very helpful and understanding. Amazing Place and most definately worth the money!UpasanaYoung couple
