Staff were fantastic. Amazing selection of international food for all meals most of which was fresh and well prepared. Pools, bars, cafe's and public areas were really fantastic [as you are basically getting the whole complex including the sister Starlight hotel] always well cleaned and never seemed crowded. Amazing choice pretty much 24/7!. Water park was great and again not too crowded. Resort is extremely well kept in general - congrats to the gardening team for a beautiful job. Duplex rooms are absolutely superb for a family of four - lots of space, well equipped and the kids even have their own bathroom! Evening entertainment programme very good in the amphitheater [though it would be really great if they banned smoking in the amphitheater at least for the shows - and that's from a smoker!]

Great food, friendly stuffs, helpful children care, comfort spa! Great food: International dishes everyday, and has 3 nights of a week with different themes, like Turkey, Asia, seafood. What we like most are Turkish food. Friendly stuffs: The stuffs in restuarance and cafe are very friendly. The personal assistant tries to solve all your problems. The Christmas eve activity is exceeded our expectations. Helpful children care Monday to Saturday 4.5 hours children care, very helpful. If it can be prelonged to 6 hours (covers lunch time), even better! Comfort spa: The massage is professional. I think they do want to bring the best experience to guests from their hearts!

Excellent hotel, I had a great time there! Would definitely recommend. Thank you to the restaurants and cooks - absolutely loved grilled red fish near the pool, and other food choices were great. The hotel's laundry/ironing services are exceptional, thanks! I also stayed in Armas Kaplan a few times, and I liked it as well. Great value for money, lots of entertainment and friendly staff.
