I was sick when I arrived and they helped pick me up from the hospital and collected our luggage from the airport. Friendly staff, big pool, good breakfast, very spacious rooms and fast wifi anywhere in the resort and in the rooms! I had to work during my stay and never had disconnection problems while working, and the dedicated work space in the rooms is such a big plus - it comes with a lamp shade and an option for LAN connection. The hotel staff were all so beautiful and accommodating, helping us with bags to our room and always someone to open the door for us. The hotel is located out of town a little so we hired a scooter, however this was nice as it was really quiet and relaxing. The pool is beautiful too!
