We had exceptional service throughout the different areas of the hotel. Our check-in process was exceptional. Receptionist Rail explained us everything. Our host Ippu took care of us when we needed assistance throughout our stay. We forgot to bring a suitcase from the aiport locker. She showed exceptional help bringing that suitcase from the aiport. Transport service within the Island was really convenient. Samiy the driver helped us a lot Breakfast and Dinner was typically at the Malafay restaurant. MD Rana, Shaheen, Sulaima, Swami took care of us during our stay. Lunch was at Island Pizza had amazing food. Rizki was a great server. Housekeeping service was really exceptional. Noor made us feel so comfortable that we thought he did not have any other rooms but ours. We had our first scuba diving experience with our guide Token. It was so good that we ended up going twice. We had the same exceptional service at both the Spas. We ended up going twice. The therapists were polite and on-point. We dropped off our two children to the kids club few times. The staff was really helpful and polite.
