I was absolutely satisfied. The interior is design is amazing, kind of a decent luxury. The view from the windows are cool, lots of things to photograph. The location is excellent, there is a metro station on the other side of the road connecting to multiple lines. However there are a lot to see in the surroundings as well.

I would stay here in a heartbeat again the room was beautiful and d the staff were over and above accomodating. If they didn’t understand what o was saying they would use a translation app. Super close to Disneyland (I walked there and back) and the Shanghai Village outlet shops. Airport is about 20 minutes away, making it the perfect way to end or start your holiday.FarahSolo traveler

The hotel's close proximity to the Metro is incredibly convenient. I must particularly commend the staff for their outstanding service, especially Mr. Brian, who consistently goes above and beyond to assist me in unexpected and thoughtful ways. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Shanghai.
