The rooms were HUGE, staff were friendly and extremely helpful! We ended up staying two nights and staff were happy to accommodate this change. They have a reastraunt located on site which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a bar for alcohol and non alcoholic beverages. Although we didn't swim due to the weather the pool is also very well maintained with a beautiful water feature near by which would be lovely on a hot day. If you're visiting the area for Great Zimbabwe, it's only a short drive down the road, if it's fishing, the lake's boat club is also a short 10 or so minutes in the opposite direction. There are other activities that can be organised by the reception too.

Mabwe Guest House '5km from Great Zim Ruins', smeštajni objekat sa terasom, smešten je u gradu Masvingo, na 4,6 km od znamenitosti Great Zimbabwe National Monument, 5 km od znamenitosti Great... Tupiwa is an excellent host and will look after your needs. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel you’re in the wrong place. But if you’re looking for a friendly homestay with some local flavour then this is the place for you - we loved our time here. We stayed for two nights to visit Great Zimbabwe and the property is perfectly positioned for this purpose. Recommended.
