We really appreciated the free refillable water bottles that we were given - they were a pleasant surprise. We also really enjoyed the inclusion of a free tram ride early in the morning to see the falls from the Victoria Falls bridge where we were not only shown the views, but also told the history of the bridge’s construction.

Breakfast was really nice. The highlight for us during our stay was the staff, absolutely every member of staff was so kind, thoughtful and a joy to chat to. The ground staff were brilliant in making sure the grounds were always immaculate and seeing the familiar and friendly faces in the restaurant and bar staff really improved our stay dramatically. The spa treatments were also such a massive highlight!! Also, the reception staff made our stay so stress free and free flowing, we can't thank them enough for all their help in accommodating us and taking care of any activities and travel bookings. But most importantly, we're going to miss the ducks.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.

Very spacious well laid out room & bathroom 3. Extremely helpful staff & very polite behaviour. They even helped me co-ordinate with my airlines for lost luggage. 4. A very efficient activities division - They arranged Hwange day trip for me as a single person & negotiated a good price. 5. Airport transfers are smooth & very well co-ordinated. 6. Well stocked minibar. 7. Decent breakfast
