Set in Kimberley, 2.4 km from The Big Hole, Milner House Kimberley offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Everything about Milner House is excellent. The staff and the owner will go above and beyond and the food is amazing. I will recomend Milner House to anyone who wants to be home away from home.

Another stay at the fabulous Border Hotel, one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. Didn't think it could get any better but there were extra touches this time with bathrobes and slippers. From the super size room with seating and a balcony to the private dining in the library I can't think of anything that could be better. Cornelius (Kerneels) will look after you from your arrival to departure, carrying bags and serving dinner and breakfast. A lovely, lovely, man. If we ever get the chance again we will make it a priority to stay once more at the Border Hotel.

The breakfast was great, and the dinners were excellent. My guests really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel design and decor were unusual and very attractive.

Location is excellent..... well worth 2 nights.....with a day down at Buffels River - with the delightful surprise of flamingos being present there, ramble along the Atlantic shore and a drink with Rocky at the Angling Club! Everything you can imagine available at the Cottage and the trust of the owner is much appreciated. Rowena and neighbour Wilfred welcomed us warmly. Morning view down to the sea, as the mists clear, is spectacular! Springbok, Steenbok and Ostrich are among the wildlife you begin to see here, along with the variety and abundance of bird activity at the extraordinary Buffels Riverhead!

Situated in Upington, 1.2 km from Upington Golf Club, Upington Inn features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. After 2 weeks camping in Mabuasehube and Kgalagadi we were looking for a place with comfortable beds and hot showers. The Upington Inn offered much more, great food, the best staff ever (Felicity and colleagues were supere friendly and good fun). The whole place is an oasis, we really loved it.
