Hotel architecture, environment and surroundings, staff (especially front house person - Paris), staff service, excellent accessibility for wheelchair users, good parking, pool and layout of all seating areas etc, Breakfast menu, Siva afi performances during Fiafia night, cleanliness of all areas of hotel, bar staff service and drinks (although a bit expensive), Barista coffee - perfectly made.

Bathroom was lovely, hot showers were very welcome. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The flush on the toilet was slightly damaged but no inconvenience. Jade went out of her way to help us when our car hire company did not have anything available despite our reservation, and found us a car so we were able to see the island. A saving grace for us!

Located at the base of its namesake Mount Vaea, this family-run hotel is 3117 feet from Apia's town center. Location was good. Rooms were clean and a good size. The complimentary breakfast was good and different every morning. Lupe was super nice and helpful.

It was great staying at the Outrigger Hotel. The bedroom was nice and simple with garden view. It was nice having breakfast by the pool and the food was great. The staff is very accomodating. Internet also worked quiet well. Definitely recommended.

I loved the staff at the frontdesk, Zelda, Rachel and Kailua. They were so helpful, friendly and just open to help the clients.

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location was very central and walking distance to the main hospital.

Moatoga Hotel is a family-owned hotel, located in the heart of central Apia. Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room. Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands.

Offering a restaurant and a recently renewed turtle-shaped swimming pool, Hotel Millenia Samoa is just 5 minutes’ walk from Palolo Deep where you can go snorkeling. i loved how it looked so beautiful with the palm trees etc

Located on Apia Harbor, Aggie Grey's Hotel & Bungalows is a waterfront hotel housed in a colonial property built in 1930. Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey's Hotel and Bungalow wanted to experience as was closed when we were in Samoa 2024. Lovely rooms. Comfortable beds. Fantastic staff. Delicious burgers Aggie Grey's Beef Burger, absolutely 💯 😋
