Staff was sooooo great, the manager was really helpful to tell us when to go to Fansipan according to the news she received from the top and made us feel really special. Value for money 10/10.

We were placed in a hotel next door overlooking the mountain, called My gallery (this same owner). Very friendly staff who are always ready to help. Delicious breakfasts. Wonderful view of the mountains from the room.

Situated in Sa Pa, Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery features a heated indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. It's just AMAZING. Very very beautiful, conveniently located in centre of Sapa, easily accessible. The swimming pool was very pretty (and warm). All the decorations were very cute and classy. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!

The very clean Hotel is quite situated very close to the center with a nice few to the lake. Kim the Manager /Owner with his team is very nice and helpful by planning your time in Sa Pa. A great place to stay. Hospitality and a very good Breakfast Buffet where you can order fresh egg dishes to. For sure a place to back again. Thanks Kim and your team.

A very high standard hotel, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. We bought a package, without breakfast, and were surprised to find out that we received free breakfasts for the entire time we stayed at the hotel. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. The spa department is wonderful, we will return again only to this hotel in Sapa. Thank you very much.

Exceptional guest service, nice comfortable room, and central location in Sapa. The breakfast was also nice. The reception was so helpful with information and assisting in booking trips. Located in Sa Pa, 6.1 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station, Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Good value for money. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Will definitely book again!

The staff are very friendly, the bed is comfortable, and the amenities are good. The room and bathroom are also clean, which made for a pleasant stay. It is also conveniently located.

Very nice hotel, quiet, good beds and close to the centre. The lady at the reception speaks really good English and was very helpfull. You can buy tickets for Fansipan at the hotel which was really convenient. We had to leave early to catch a bus to Bach Ha and they provided breakfast before breakfast time, which we really appreciated.
