The location is perfect. Seems to be the center of Virginia Beach. Parking is as easy as it gets. I suggest pay the extra five dollars per Night for the valet parking. We did not choose this option as we like going places, often. Although the extra five dollars per day for valet services might be worth it to some. We didn’t want to burden the valet with how often we would needed their services. I don’t think we could have afforded such an accommodating hotel while tipping the valet so often. Haha.

Breakfast was great and exceeded expectations for a hotel hot breakfast. They do change breakfast items which make it exciting going down each day to something new. All staff were so friendly and nice! The location is in the heart of Virginia Beach oceanfront- you’re in the middle of it all and is convenient. The room is nice. The beds are firm. I prefer soft (you never get soft in hotels 🤷🏻‍♀️). The balcony is nice to be able to see the ocean and dolphins swimming in the morning.

everything else was excellent and was to my expectations every time I go to Virginia Beach I plan on getting a room here I have been here several times the staff was great in the rooms are beautiful especially the balcony and listening to the ocean at night also when I checked out 3 hours out of Virginia Beach I remembered I left my purse in the hotel room the staff went and found it and put it in the office and when they received the return box they mailed my purse to me which I got.

I never actually got to stay here.I went to check in and they said that my reservation was canceled for non payment even though my card was on file and my email said I pay when I stay. I had to drive two and a half hours to south hill virginia to be able to get a room. The staff was very unknowledgeable unhelpful and offered no solution other than to go to another hotel. They Were no bathroom for us to change out of our wet Bathing suits , nor did he offer anything to help us.

Very Dog friendly. It was nice to see that a hotel was so accepting of so may people who travel with pets. If more hotels did this they would be as busy as the Hyatt was this week end. In most cases a place like the Hyatt and patrons with pet owners who stay do not abuse or make a mess just because they have a dog in their presence. Thanks Hyatt Virginia Beach for being so awesome in customer service and letting our fur babies be a part of the stay.

The location of the hotel was in a great area did not know until we ate at California Piazza Kitchen that we there was so many other places to eat. We ate at Anchor's Allie near the hotel which the breakfast food was great. Virginia Beach was awesome and so was the food at a restaurant we also ate at. We did the Village Inn which was right next to the hotel and also great food. I will definitely return to Virginia Beach again!!

Staying at this Virginia Beach oceanfront hotel was a dream come true! The breathtaking views of the ocean from my room were unparalleled. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making my stay truly memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and free breakfast, exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return to this luxurious retreat by the sea!

Great location in the very heart of Virginia Beach, all rooms have a fantastic beach view. There are several restaurants within walking distance of this hotel and the boardwalk is accessible right out the back door. The room was perfectly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a nice free parking lot. Very highly recommend this place! I would love to be back soon!

The property is in the prime area of Northern Virginia and serves as a launch point for multiple attractions in DC, VA or MD. The apartment was in pretty good shape and things were very clean and well organized. The setup was phenomenal and the instructions given were clear and concise. Communication was also excellent all around concerning check-ins to see how things were going.

I had trouble booking my trip online, and Nicole handled my multiple phone calls and helped me with kindness and grace. All of the staff was nice, accommodating, and so approachable! All of our needs at the hotel were met, and we would come back in a heartbeat 💓! The Virginia Beach Community is very cozy. Loved using the 🚎 trolley, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The newly renovated lobby is nice. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was comfy. The hotel restaurant is accommodating for those who want to do take-out/take-away because of the pandemic. It is affordable hotel located between Norfolk and Virginia Beach that provides a good home-base for exploring both areas.

The location and the cleanliness.The hotel is very pretty decor and cozy. I felt safe secure.The parking garage is very convenient.Last but not least I love the breakfast excellent.My husband and I go to Virginia to visit our son and we will always stay at the Marriott Residence Inn. I forgot about the laundry room and the gym very nice and convenient.

This hotel is in a great location for someone with a car who wants to be near the University of Virginia campus. It's a short drive to any of the local places. It's also near tons of restaurants and a pharmacy. The pillows on the bed were completely amazing. The included coffee machine worked and the air conditioner worked great.

The breakfast was like snacks not breakfast the advertisement was not like how they show you the room. They did not put on the front of the ocean view. When I got to it to the hotel, they said portion view I have to pay an extra fee for the whole ocean view. Worst hotel I stayed in Virginia, I will never stay at that hotel again….

The Hotel was excellent from the location to the staff to the upkeep of the Hotel , the rooms are modern sacked with the things that you need very clean bed are comfortable. Breakfast in the mornings was very delicious I really enjoyed my stay and when I am in the state of Virginia this will be the my hotel of choice

I stayed here twice in a week---on short overnight stops to and from a trip to the Virginia coastal islands. On the second stop, Mario at the front desk was very helpful in getting me a room unexpectedly: I needed it because I missed my departing plane because of a glitch in the hotel's wake-up call system.

We had a great welcome to a beautiful facility with excellent staff, well appointed rooms and great grounds. I started my morning with a walk through the grounds listening to birds and enjoying Virginia in the Spring. Beds were comfy, room was gorgeous and we had dinner in the hotel which was very delicious.

Excellent location next to a mall and 4 miles from a lovely town. The mall has a great food court. Great place from which to explore that part of Virginia. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Free parking and breakfast were very welcome. Staff were pleasant.

Been at Virginia Beach 5 times, different motels every time and Ocean Sands Resort Was the BEST, if ever go back the Ocean Sands Resort will be where we book to stay Only suggestion I would suggest is a brochure or map in rooms for the massage room and pool location .

Absolutely love the king bed. It was SOOOO comfortable. Slept like a baby. Hotel is immaculate. Hallway carpets were all in great shape and clean. Our room was very clean. Hotel is located right in the heart of Staunton and minutes from the Virginia Scenic Railroad.
