Just two-minute drive from Lake Pend Oreille, our hotel is located in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, offers a seasonal outdoor pool and year-round hot-tub room. Free Wi-Fi is included. I appreciate the customer service itself. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Victor needs a special mention. Since my friend and I were visiting Sandpoint for the 1st time, he left a note in our room recommending places to eat, desserts etc. great recos. If anything was needed in the room the service was quick. Also Olivia was comforting when we checked in I was sure I had made the right decision by staying in this place. The beds were comfortable & the room was spacious and view was nice. The breakfast although self service really was worth while for me personally. I could load up some snacks on my way out. In fact Victor was so accommodating, he said he will open the refrigerator for us post our check out if we needed to take a few snacks. (although we did not ask for it but this surpassed my expectations.) It was peaceful. There is laundry and a hot tub too in the hotel One doesn't need to worry about pulling the luggage as they have trollies, all we need to do is just place our luggage and take it right inside the room

Room was clean and very comfortable. They have a dog park so my dog could run and play after a long day of driving. Pool and hot tubs were really nice and the hot tubs were the perfect hot for the water. The continental breakfast had the usual fare, but was happily surprised to see a refrigerator with yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and gave a good dinner recommendation . Highlyvrecommend.

Featuring a hot tub. This lakefront hotel is located in Sandpoint. It offers an on-site lounge. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Sat on the balcony in the evening and had breakfast out there the following morning- lovely view and ambience.Very happy. Our waiter Matt was a fountain of information about Sandpoint and very out going- Kudo’s to Matt. Please pass this on to him and will request his section next time we are there.
