Located in Kiwengwa, a few steps from Kiwengwa Beach, Z-Lodge Zanzibar provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Z-lodge was chosen because of location. We liked the reviews and photos and it was exactly same when we arrived (room, pool, food photos attached). Kiwengwa is a good place to stay in a nice calm area and explore Zanzibar - Nungwi and Kendwa beaches are easy to reach and stay there for a change, but we did't like to be there for long - to much tourists and local people everywhere. Mnemba island tour we booked from hotel Reception and it was amazing experience or we were just lucky to see dolphins and swim with them so close. Also we had quad biking tour which was very nice too. So, the advice is - don't stay in a hotel too much, travel around - those are the best memories

Super lovely Stay in Nungwi, each room is a small bungalow house all of them in a big green patio, very nice atmosphere where you feel like home The rooms are simple (what we loved!) and spacious. The place has only been opened recently and the team is super cute and lovely, making all your wishes come true. Very nice breakfast, that was brought to us to our room's terrace. The owner Mounir makes personally sure that all guests are happy and we had an amazing stay here - very much recommended. It's not directly at the beach, but we knew that and it's actually only a 10mins walk.

The property is so pretty- the gardens are beautiful and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.
