There is a greenery park in front of the hotel perfect for a morning walk, run or exercise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend Alfra hotel to everyone.

Thank you for your keen interest in Joyful Hotel. Our hotel offers 68 modern rooms, casual dinning and 30 parking spaces, we are located in Guishan District, the prime business of Taipei. I love the decoration of the hotel themes and beautiful gardens. The staff is very friendly, they also provide snacks and drinks all day long. Facilities with free laundry service pool table and the gym although I didn't use it. The room is very big, bigger than normal rooms. Overall, I enjoy to stay at this hotel.

There is a shuttle bus service to the hotel, just that our arrival time is way too late. It is besides the Gloria Outlet shopping area (hope I got the name right). Attractive for those who likes to ship. Rooms: really comfortable &, very spacious for 3 king size beds ( platform and 3 toilets (2 showers and 1 with bidet). The beds are really comfortable, firm and good support. Really. My back ache was much relieved after sleeping on it. Thankfully, this hotel was our last stop of the tour and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a PX mart (全联）opposite the hotel. I managed to buy good local seasonings & tidbits to bring back home.

Despite the little quirks like having to return the keys every time you step out and the late check-in, this place gets 10 stars from me. On top of the "usual" extras like tea (several varieties), coffee (several varieties), bottled water, there were things like disposable razors, cotton buds, tooth brush and others. Very thoughtful of the owner. It wasn't a fancy place, but ticked all the boxes for me and was off the charts on the value-for-money scale.
