This traditional Tunisian house is located in Tozeur city centre, on the edge of the desert and a few steps from the salt lake, Chott El Djerid. It offers a hammam and modern rooms. The hotel is really superb. In the city centre where you can walk around easily. It has a beautiful patio and terrace where you can relax. The staff was super friendly and they helped us to book activities and transportation. I would highly recommend it.

Dar Hi is a design hotel 1 minutes’ walk from Nefta’s palmgroves in southern Tunisia. A natural hot spring heats the outdoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy a hammam and spa treatments on site. Dar Hi was easily one of the best places we've stayed -- beautiful facilities, delicious organic food (both dinner and breakfast was included), peaceful venue overlooking the palms, interesting architecture, kind staff (we received great recommendations and one staff member helped us find a great tour), and the pool which was warmed by natural springs was so fun to swim in. It was easy to tour the Star Wars site, the medina, and oases in the desert from this Dar.

Located close to the desert and halfway between the tourist district and the town centre, Residence El Arich welcomes you in an elegant building and is 3 kilometres from the airport only. When I arrived I received a very nice welcome from the gentleman at reception, who offered me a choice of two rooms to see which I preferred. I was happy with my quiet room looking towards the garden. It was cleaned very well and the bed was comfortable. The fridge worked fine. There were different spaces to sit outside the hotel, including a little garden area at the back. The town is easy walking distance, as is the bus station and louage. The lady offering breakfast was kind and helpful, and I appreciated the simple but filling breakfast. Both the gentlemen on reception were so friendly and gave me advice on how to take the bus to Tunis. Thank you very much to all the team for helping me to have a good stay in Tozeur!

Situated just 5 minutes away from Tozeur’s international airport, at the beginning of the Tunisian desert, Palm Beach Palace Tozeur offers elegant accommodation with excellent spa and leisure... The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was large and perfect for the hot weather. The breakfast and dinner buffets were ample and tasty.

Maison D’Hote is a 20-minute walk from the city centre of Tozeur and offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the Golf de Tozeur. This was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had! Such a wonderful family who were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Fatima is a wonderful cook so we chose to have dinner every night at the house, the food was exceptional. Helped us arrange activities in the local area and gave us some great tips. Hope we can come back one day!

This is probably the single most amazing place I have ever stayed in. A small castle in the middle of the desert, comfortable, clean, fully equipped with everything you might need. Located in a pleasant garden about 1km outside Chebika village, on the border between the desert and the mountains, it is a dream come true for all who want to get away from everything and enjoy complete serenity without sacrificing their comfort. It is also a fantastic base for exploring the mountain oases of Chebika, Tamerza and Mides, and taking advantage of other hiking opportunities in the area. Florian was prompt to answer all online inquiries, and Salah, who speaks French, English, Polish and Arabic and who lives across the road (about 20 minutes walking away), was exceptionally nice, kind and helpful. Unless you are afraid of wide open spaces or sleeping in complete isolation, do not hesitate. I tend to forget 95% of places I have stayed at. Castello Bianco is one place I will remember for sure.
