I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

The restaurant has very good food, the bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the big jacuzzi/pool in the room.

Literally everything at the property was amazing to me. I loved the Lagoon Pool the most, but other things like the gorgeous atrium lobby, the fantastic breakfast spread, and the amazing club facilities were all so impressive. I also loved the location. Super quiet and convenient to Terminal 21.

I would like to commend the staff especially to Simon for being such a dear in settling a dispute with a cab driver. Simon handled everything professionaly. The whole place was very nice, over the moon restaurant on the top of the hotel is ideal for sunset, make sure to make a reservation. Breakfast was exceptional with both local and western cuisine.
