Situated in Chiang Khan, Sams ChiangKhan has a shared lounge, terrace and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel features family rooms. The rooms in the hotel are equipped with a kettle. Great breakfast included and it was just across the street from Sam's place. I chose to order a latte (40 baht) but it was wonderful and better than the coffee that was included. Our first night we stayed on the 3rd floor in a small room with a balcony. The stairs are very steep and difficult if you have back issues. The next night we moved downstairs to the family room which I would highly recommend! It is a large room with glass doors overlooking the river…gorgeous view and lots of light. Much more comfortable for us than the smaller room and not as many stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful!
