The vibe around the hotel whilst we were there was laid back..the breakfast has everything you could want including pad Thai green curry etc etc normally with lovely accoutrements. So I went for a standard fry up consisting of eggs proper crispy bacon tomatoes odd beans - just odd followed by curry and linked coffee Something there for everybody else to boot Pool cool beach outstanding situation on the beach perfect Well done for a most relaxing time in koh chang Message me for more info on the place

Manager upgraded our room without additional charge. He, along with the rest of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an infinity pool! We often swam in the pool in the evening after dinner. The hotel provides towels for both the beach and pool. Great location on a quiet street directly on Kai Bae Beach. It’s within walking distance to 7-Eleven, restaurants, shops, etc. We rented a scooter so we could visit other parts of Koh Chang. Breakfast buffet with both Thai and western dishes.

The staff was great, so nice, considerate (they noticed what we needed and provided it immediately) and welcoming. The location is great to explore the west side of Koh Chang. The place is beautiful, including the 🥽 pool and the beach. Every night they would set up a restaurant on the beach which was cool. The fruity cocktails (the only I tried) were very yummy. There were more vegetarian options for breakfast than in most of the places I stayed in Thailand The atmosphere was queer friendly. .

One of the best hotels in Koh Chang. Nice modern room. Comfortable bed. Big 49" TV. Lovely pools and picturesque beaches including coral reef to snorkel. Nice cool gym. Can ride your own motor bike around large grounds or call for staff to take you around in a golf cart. Adequate breakfast with lovely view. Hassle free check in/out. Early check in was no problem if room ready. Wished I had stayed there sooner for longer rather than some other old neglected resorts for the same price.

Loved our stay at sleep Inn! The bed was really soft and comfy which is hard to find in thailand! Room kept cool all day. You're right in the centre of lonely beach but it's so quiet at night and in the morning so slept really well! Would pay so much more for this standard of accommodation on a more developed thai island - amazing value for money. Would recommend to anyone staying on koh chang and if we returned would definitely stay here again.

The room (villa) was very clean and super comfortable beds. There is a boat shuttle service to the nearby beach which takes like 5 minutes max. Breakfast buffet is very good/tasty and glad they change the dishes, so you don’t get always the same everyday. Beautiful green jungle garden style through where you walk to reach your room or the restaurant. I certainly recommend this hotel to friends or family if going to Koh Chang.

This is probably my fifth stay at this hotel. Once again I am satisfied. Despite few guests in the hotel in the low season, the quality of the service is very high. The hotel is clean and well-kept. This is a very nice place on Koh Chang where you can spend your vacation. Very good breakfasts. The hotel rents scooters from a local company. The scooters are new and at a good price, and the company does not require a deposit.

So many positives about this place. Location is the best snorkeling bay in koh Chang and is practically private to this hotel. Snorkeling in koh Chang is not great anyway but this is the best on the island. There's a beautiful tortoise that wanders around. Many pet cats. A troupe of wandering monkeys. Amazing views from the cabins and the tents. Happy hour at 5pm with 100 baht cocktails. Very nice staff.

The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet area of Koh Chang. There are lovely places to swim nearby and the water was extremely clear, and they also had kayaks that you could take out for a couple of hours free of charge. The pools were also very clean and very pleasant. One highlight was the breakfast, because there was always a great deal of variety and everything that we had was wonderful.

I want to make sure you remember the message below: "The breakfast at this supposedly good hotel was the worst I've ever had. Additionally, the cleanliness was poor, the grounds unkempt and shabby, and the common areas a disgrace. We booked a 4-night stay but left after two. Having stayed in many of Koh Chang's hotels, this is the worst and absolutely not as described."

A gem in Koh Chang. The resort is beautiful ,with well maintained gardens, and the rooms are BIG. Clean. Quiet. Fresh. The bed is large and comfy. I slept very well. Wifi was good, the bathroom was good. Breakfast is okay, i stayed 2 weeks so became repetitive after a while, but for a short stay is good: fruits, coffees, bacon, eggs, waffles, cereals, thai food, juices.

There is nothing to add that hasn‘t been written by the other reviewers: The Baan Nim Ram is the place to stay on Koh Chang if you are looking for the perfect combination of tranquility, comfort and hospitality. The owners‘ attention to detail is unrivaled and lets you enjoy a moderately priced stay feeling like the guest of a five-star hotel. Highly recommended!

Great staff, very friendly and attentive! Couldn’t wish for anything more. They will make you feel right at home. Great breakfast and dinner! The design of the resort is awesome with spacious rooms a lovely pool and private beach. The bed was very comfy. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Definitely our first choice for Koh Chang.

The Hotel is nearby restaurant, laundry, good massages, rent scooter... The rooms is big and quiet. We stayed very good there and it's so calm. The breakfast are so tasty and with many options. If we come back to Koh Chang we will stay there again. Bed was so comfortable. They helped us in everything!

We really like to stay in this hotel, staff is absolutely amasing, so kind and friendly. They try to do everything that you feel like at home, so if we will came in the Koh Chang again we will stay only in this hotel. Capuchino in the morning was delicious. Thank you very much.

Spacious, modern villa in a quiet place. Not typical place for Thailand and especially for Koh Chang. Nice pool and also they have grill. My family really enjoyed staying here. Car park is just right in front of the house. I would definitely come back here.

Good location in White Beach at Koh Chang. Bed was comfortable and shower powerful. Staff were excellent. Happy hour cocktails highly recommended watching sunset with live band. We did get an extremely good deal for our 3 night stay.

The fan bungalows have amazing value for money. The outdoor shower is really cool and the common area and pool are just beautiful and fun to hang around. I tried a couple of hostels in Koh Chang and this was by far my favorite.

Beautiful and maybe the best Hotel in Koh Chang. Location great, good beach right in front of the hotel. Nice pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast top level. Restaurants very good in the Hotel, highly recommend!

We only stayed for one night as we arrived late on Koh Chang. The hotel is in walking distance to the port. We had a tasty dinner and the bed was also really comfortable. Our room also had a bathroom with hot water shower.
