I and of my friend were travelling with motorcycles across Slovakia, obviously in summer, and needed a place to spend a night after a a many km on the road. It was the perfect spot, just on the route, very clean, with a restaurant to provide basic but tasty food and a glass of beer. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, modern nice bathroom. The fire in the reception and restaurant were really nice and welcoming.

Situated next to a forest and on the edge of the Low Tatras National Park, Hotel Altenberg offers a spa area with a steam bath, a sauna and 2 small pools. Good experience in a beautiful area.

Located in the town of Donovaly, just 100 metres from the Nova Hola and Zahradky Ski Areas, Hotel Galileo offers a spa centre on site and en-suite rooms with flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The hotel is designed very well. Our room was clean and very comfortable. There is a really good restaurant at the hotel, staff was very friendly and professional. We will definitely come back next time to the same place.

Offering inner courtyard views, KF Apartment Donovaly is an accommodation set in Donovaly, 37 km from wooden church Hronsek UNESCO and 38 km from Water Park Bešeňová. The apartment is close to the nova hola ski lift and mountain. Nova hola is mostly red level ski runs. From the Safran apartment you can ski down to the gondola and also the chairlift that takes you to the top of the nova hola lift. The button lift that brings you back to the apartment from the bottom of the mountain wasn’t running during the week days, so we had to walk back up 50 meters to get to apartment Safran. That was a solid effort for us! On Saturday the button lift was working, which allowed us to ski back to the apartment instead of walking up the mountain. Skiing back to the apartment is much more convenient than walking up the mountain. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
