Housed in a beautiful historic building, only 17 km from Växjö, Villa Gransholm offers activities like canoeing and tennis. The individually decorated rooms have wooden floors and a work desk. Delightful old villa with lots of charm, lovely restaurant with great food and staff, beautiful grounds and comfy rooms. there was no A/C or TV in our room but the window could be opened and we didn’t need TV. Tea and coffee were available in the common areas.

The hotel was an epitome of the IKEA brand. From the furniture, maximizing small spaces, functionality, design and quirkiness. I was surprised that they even gave us free tickets to the IKEA Museum! The breakfast was pretty decent, too.

Within 5 minutes’ walk of Växjö Station and the main street, Storgatan, this family-run property offers good-value accommodation and a dining room with microwave and refrigerator. The fact that the hotel had a heated pool and a sauna was the primary reason we chose this hotel. We were extremely happy with the choice, we could even park the 3 motorbikes in the private area and head out for drinks in the evening.

Dating back to 1853, this hotel is 100 metres from Växjö Train Station and a 15-minute drive from Växjö Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi and on-site dining and nightlife options. the room was large. the bed comfortable and sheets & towels soft. the location wax easy walking to train, museums, lake, and restaurants. staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a superior double room in the annex building. Great location, super friendly staff, clean room, huge shower space, comfortable bed, two pillows with different softness and very quiet. Breakfast was very nice including pancakes and ginger shots which was great after a late cocktail night :) Amazing experience all the way from from booking and checkin to checkout. This was so much value for the money! I would definitely come back!

Just 50 metres from the shore of Lake Trummen, this grand castle hotel has a sauna, hot tub and a garden. Free Wi-Fi is available and the Teleborgs Slott also has its own gift shop. Beautiful 20th century castle with lovely grounds. Large, elegant room with antique furniture & paintings & a view over the nearby lake. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Classy, comfortable dining rooms furnished with antiques and lots of large, paintings in gilded frames. Nice dinner service and food. Included breakfast was good too. Nature trail around lake with par-course was a delightful way to start the day.
