Hotel Lacu Rosu is set amidst a picturesque landscape, 200 metres from the Lacu Rosu Lake and comes with a restaurant and free private parking. WiFi is provided free of charge in public areas. Convenient halfway point three hours travelling time between Gura Humorului and Brasov. The hotel itself is surprisingly modern and contemporary. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast and dinner are both taken in the adjoining restaurant and were both excellent. The breakfast is prepared individually rather than buffet style but was quite sufficient. It is also a short walk from the Red Lake which has nice circular hours walk which was quite welcome after our drive in the morning.

The rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable beds, a very good view of the mountains and the city, we saw a deer crossing the street while we were relaxing on the balcony. Delicious food, kind people, very clean place, we truly recommend Belvedere.
