Onsite facilities were good including kid room. Restaurant food was good quality and well presented, both for dinner and breakfast. Bar was really nice and service excellent. Heated pool in the banana house was great! My partner used the spa and was very impressed with the massage she received. Also able to take the bus into Ponta Delgada, bus stop only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Quick journey and very cheap cost.
