I stayed here for 1 night during a cycling bikepacking trip around Leyte the night before my ferry to Cebu. It is a basic hotel and I found it to be as I expected from the previous reviews, it met my simple needs of a bed and a shower. Centrally located close to the Port of Maasin around the corner and a short walk to Maasin Cathedral square. Staff were helpful with my questions.

Mareeya and staff were excellent food was delicious, cooked by our wonderful Host. The view of the bay was very nice, location was central to what we wanted to explore. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the local area, you need look no more. 😊

The location, service, food, and amenities were excellent! I highly recommend this play to anyone looking to stay in the Southern Leyte. They have beautiful ocean views, diving, swimming, and the food and staff were exceptional!!!!
