From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel was something special. The staff greeted us with warmth and genuine smiles, instantly making us feel welcomed and valued. Despite being a bit away from the city's hustle, the hotel offered a gastronomic adventure that easily surpassed local tourist spots in Bocas Town, both in quality and price. Each dinner was a surprise with a different menu, showcasing a variety of delicious, well-crafted dishes that left us eagerly anticipating the next meal. The affordability of these gourmet experiences was the cherry on top, providing exceptional value for money. The hotel's design ingeniously balances social interaction and private tranquility. We stayed in the middle of the nature. Entire acommodation has created a symbiosis with nature. Good selection of wine, i also liked to have dinner there. I could recommend for animal lovers. You can See near you monkeys, sloths, Iguana and a lot of Hummingbirds. BETSY and Garry very nice hosts.

Located in Bocas del Toro, a few steps from Bluff, S Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Althought S Boutique Hotel wasn't in our plans, we we're beyond glad to experience it. We had a disappointing AirBnB nearby for two nights, which we ended up cancelling, leaving a day early. In this light, we booked S Boutique Hotel and messaged them, letting them know our situation and see if we could at least leave our bags and wait around before check-in. We made it to S around 9am. The first thing that called our attention was the thoughtfulness in design, respecting the natural elements, showcasing beautifully arranged wood, which dominates the landscape, supported by elegantly exposed concrete, all encompassed by the lush greenery around Isla Colon, with tasteful touches of glass, white contrasting pool chair sets, black painted bamboo dividers, etc. But the most striking aspect of S was the warm smile and professional behaviour of Jean. He immediately made us feel welcome, offering us coffee (which, again, comes in beautiful and thoughtful tableware) and check-in us smoothly. His conduct is one of competence, politeness, mixed with gentleness and friendliness, but most noticeably, humbleness and unpretentious, a rare combination we did not encounter much in Panama. Since we didn't had data, we couldn't see that Jean already had replied regarding our bags, reiterating us that the room was ready and just after our coffee, he guided us to it. The room follows the same natural theme. Concrete, white, wood, glass, elegant details in wicker. A citrussy essential oil hit us softly upong entering our room, enhancing our stay even further. Late at night, for some reason, water wasn't coming from the shower. I went down to ask Jean, which, along one of the owners, immediately went and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Again, the effectiveness in problem solving along with professionality in the way everyone at S carry themselves speaks highly of not just the Hotel, but the ideas, values and passions that had led this hotel to be made.

Owners Meghan and Ryan did an awesome job making sure we had an entertaining and unique stay! Yoga studio was awesome!

It has a soul and that comes through all the details and the apparently “effortless” service of a wonderful and very human team who love what they do. They are themselves. They have all been recruited for their genuine talent and connection and like and amazing orchestra everything flows and you just blend into nature. We loved David and Benjamin’s food, the amazing balance of the cocktails and the total communion with the beauty of the island and surrounding. Our swims and kayaks round the island allowed us to see dolphins, turtles and even an indigenous family in a neighbouring island. It merits its top 15 WW best new hotels in the world. Stay without hesitation and join paradise.

The owners and managers made us feel so welcome, like family. We were able to kayak each day and we loved seeing the wildlife, monkeys, sloths and of course dolphins. The resort is in a beautiful bay with lovely views. The meals were delicious.
