JetPark Hotel Rotorua is a New Zealand owned and operated hotel which is ideally located just a short 5-minute walk from Rotorua town center. Location was nice. We were upgraded to one of the deluxe outside units where we could park right outside. Rooms did have a funny smell but could have been the sulfur in the air. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfy. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was fantastic value for money - large. Beds super comfy and room felt really clean. Quiet and peaceful which didn’t expect being on main road. Enjoyed a bath. Had heater, air con, a ceiling fan and opening windows! Buffet breakfast was pretty good for special price - took advantage of it. Staff super friendly.

Beautiful continental breakfast. Had some hash brown, scrambled eggs, cereals, bread, baked bean and some yogurt fruits. Second morning had some creamy mushroom and bread. Absolutely helpful and friendly staff. We had to catch a flight on 7am, because our room rate included breakfast, the staff kindly helped us pack some fresh vegetarian sandwiches and fruit bowl. The thermal pool was hot and nice, suitable for a winter travel. And the location is right in the city center, 3 mins walk to the bus stop. Definitely would come back.
