Hotel Texel is characterized by its welcoming hospitality in combination with modern comforts. Relax in this charming hotel with a heated indoor pool and a fine dining restaurant. We decided to stay a couple of nights for our anniversary. Our stay was very relaxing. The facilities were excellent, high quality and comfy. So comfy we even wanted to buy the pillows to take home. Which aparently they sell! :D

Set in Oosterend, 4.5 km from De Schorren, Op Oost Boutique hotel & Restaurant het Kook Atelier offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Booked this place last minute on Texal Island as had a special last minute price. We certainly did not regret our decision, fabulous in all aspects! Located at the end of a quiet little village close to the nature, we took advantage of the E-bikes for hire for half a day after we checked out! Texal is a wonderful island to cycle around!!! The room was modern and spacious and beautifully decorated and super quiet, it looked out over the lovely garden where we enjoyed a pre-dinner wine and the setting sun. Super comfy bed and pillows and excellent shower. Breakfast was also excellent! Ah, now dinner....I booked this place as it also had a restaurant. So I casually added in the notes 'please book us in'. Well, dinner was outstanding...a 15 course gourmet extravaganza of which we loved every little biteful of! They even made it Gluten Free for me! In fact they cater to any dietary requirements (let them know beforehand). Worthy of a Michelin star at least! But be pre-warned, it also comes with an outstanding price....a treat well worth splashing out for! We are just back from our 2 week trip and our stay here remains the highlight of our trip.

Hotel het Anker van Texel is located in De Cocksdorp and the property has free WiFi access available. Each room here will provide you with a TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower. Everything was perfect. I got off the ferry and the Texelhopper took me right to the hotel. Hotel owner was very nice and he made the breakfast bar, although it was me staying there on a weekday in the slow season. Very cute hotel.
