We came here for our honeymoon. Everything here is so relaxing and a piece of heaven. The food is incredible, as well as the stuff. Everything we needed they helped us. Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

The hotel is fantastic, is really new and the design is awesome in every part. The room with private terrace and private pool is a real treat! We read some reviews that criticized the street to reach the hotel and we were a bit concerned but I need to say that, even if is a dirt road is quite easy to arrive a the hotel. Ricardo was really nice and helpful with lots of advices! Definitely recommended! Hope we will have the chance to come back!

Close to Playa del Carmen, but still surrounded by jungle. It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.

Easily the best place to stay if you are in Quintana Roo. It is too bad that we only had two nights booked, but it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The breakfast was simply amazing and rich. The restaurant was really delicious. They also had a private cenote which was a great addition to the overall experience. I would highly recommend having a rent-a-car if you are staying here, as this is the only convenient way of transportation (in Quintana Roo in general). We would definitely stay here next time we are in Quintana Roo.
