Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

Ricardo was really nice and helpful with lots of advices! Definitely recommended! Hope we will have the chance to come back!

Close to Playa del Carmen, but still surrounded by jungle. It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.

We spent hours in the pool and on the swings, just enjoying the stylish territory and the weather. The staff made us feel so cared for: especially Alex from Argentina who has excellent English, and makes exceptional cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones), Pablo at reception who took great care of us, the cleaners who always did a fantastic job, and Rojas the Chef who made sure every single meal was worth writing home about. You HAVE to try the shrimp tacos and the burgers. This place is a hidden gem.
